On January 16, 1920 at Howard University, 5 trailblazing young women founded Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Their names are Founder(s) Arizona L. Cleaver Stemons, Pearl A. Neal, Myrtle L. Turning Interest Into Action

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Tau Omicron Zeta Chapter began its first full season as a chartered new chapter in the Hephzibah/Augusta, Ga area on April 12, 2004.
After receiving its charter, the chapter immediately got to work and established several community projects. Through those projects, the group has begun to address some of the concerns in the Hephzibah/Augusta, Ga community through Zetas signature programs.
